Actually, I am the CEO. And I will say right now I dont care if he wardecks us I hope he really does My pvp guys could use an excuses to blow **** up because our coalition keeps things pretty quiet in our space.
On the reasoning with him. I am a mature Civil and diplomatic player. Only a fool refuses to attempt at civilized communication with another intelligent being. I would much rather have the war-deck under control of plans and settings rather then a chaotic one.
The more you are civil with someone the more they will respect you as well. Despite what some's attitudes are tword EvE it is a Game. And a Game is supposed to be fun for all. My job as CEO is to ensure that my members have that fun whatever it takes to do to ensure it.
It is also better to make a friend of your enemy and use his resources to better the whole, then it is to destroy those resources and waste it all on mindless banter which servers no intelectual or sane purpose.
War does not mean that 2 parties can't mutualy respect each other. Nor does it mean that afterwords they can't get along.
And lythron.. You do know that our main system is in a .2 lowsec 15 system pipe Owned by a 1500+ man Coalition made of 3 alliences yes? We only mine in highsec when there is no war. Im sure they would love you bringing your big slow BS's into our space however :D I know I will. Just remember there's only one way in and one way out. Happy Hunting.

Though I agree this is a good read I don't really see the point to it. I mean you have one guy who is taking up a crusade against an alliance because one of the members smack talked him.. Ok, I can see this. But after that person logs off and hasn't been on in about a day or so and then moved 60 jumps away to jita...
Yea.. Not seeing what the point in continuing is. You've stated multiple times through this that you wern't taking anything personally as Xercsia said you did yet your making this entire battle extremely personal..... Kind of proveing him exactly right about what he said about you arn't you?
I mean I enjoy our convo's as much as you do, your reasonable enough and an older player. I just wish you'd actually un-dock and fight us sometimes I mean hell even 1 on 1 you run. whats the point of wardecing someone if you wont even fight them?
Like I said though its your money wish I was rich enough to aford 100 mil a week wardec just for the hell of it I can tell you I'd find a lot better opertunity and easier targets with it though. :)
I'm still waiting to fight you whenever you decide to un-dock and not run. I mean seriously I pilot a frigate for petes sake..... Why you run away from mez?

I agree with that, But the dude wont even fight us. Not much of a war if he only un-docks to kill a hauler once every 3 days....
He should just move back to 1.0 space and war-deck some noob indi corp with no alliance like the rest of the Noob Griefer people do. Im sure he could find some noob to smacktalk him and start a crusade against for some reason.
If he was fighting us it would be AWSOME, but thats hard to do docked in a station, really all hes doing is being a slight iritation and a bore. Oh noes!!! a reaper frig run itz willz killz me I haz to dock up for 7 hours!!!
Honestly I'd rather stare at my mining lazer in my indi fleet cause he wont attack that either not with 50 drones buzzing about. (Wait actualy we do...)
The only issue this guy causes for my corp is the inconvieniance of the ocasinal noobs hauler getting poped (which is bad for recruitment.. :( but yea) That and I don't like haveing a red star around that wont fight me.
Yes he gets under my skin a bit I admit it Obviously so or a wouldnt post. But him decking or killing a few indies isnt why. its because he sits like a ****y docked up in his station and wont fight. Or goes out in a cov ops and (Spys Tee Hee), and then comes and posts on the forums like a little schoolgirl running to spread rummers with her 6 year old friends about how he said she said they said BS.
Grow some balls dude. And learn to PvP. So what if you get owned your the one who wardecked us either take it like a man or GTF off.:)
When you can show me you've killed more then a hauler in the 3 and 1/2 years you've been playing I'll be severaly impressed. I mean hell I have noobs that are only about 2 weeks old who have killed BC's. So step up or get off.

Dude you know absolutely nothing about my corp me or how it functions and you have no idea what Xerscia does for the corp so while yes his actions to you may seem whatever you want to think they are the truth is, you don't know the dude nor why he does or did what he did. For your information his intention was to get us wardecked by this guy because his rep was he was a stand up pvper. (Why should we pay for a deck when we can get someone else too pay for it for us? :))
So he ****es the dude off and gets him to wardeck us. turns out mr zed man here doesnt want to fight much to our dismay, he prefers to stay docked up or cloaked.
Just like you don't know me or anyone in my corp. so you speak from ignorance and of oppinon which you are entitled to but which I also find the stupidity of hilarious. You forget dude indi corps generally make tons of money.
Only a stupid person pays for something he can get for free. So if you pay for your own Decks that would make you stupid for paying the fee and me smart for:
1. Manipulateing you into doing something we wanted you to do.
2. Paying 100 mil a month so we can kill you.
3. Paying for a wardeck which we wanted to begin with. You can look throughout my first convo's with zed Im all for PvP.
4. Reverse psychology for the win tell someone and try and convince them not to do something and why and they will do it anyway especialy if they hate you because they will believe its a way to teach you a lesson ( Zed actually said this was why he was wardecking us :D) or get even.
When in fact your playing our little puppet the entire time. Now thats FUNNY. At least from my perspective.
Have fun looser you just got owned. And zed caugh that 100 mil up I still ahvnt killed your hauler of doom yet. You cant stop wardecking us until I have that on my killboard if you ever decide to fight.

And obviosuly you didnt read the one above that said Xertia SPECIFICALY went looking for Zedrik. We targeted Zedrik Manipulated him and played him for a fool. And he did exactly what we wanted him to.
How long did it take? about 30 minuets to get him to decide to wardeck us. How many resources did it cost us? In noob ship and hauler kills eh about 5 mil... Maybe.
How much has it cost him so far>? Over 100 mil if he renews the deck.
looks like were out on top in the grand scheme of things.

Actuly my IQ is 140 and I am Dyslexic... But yea. The fact that this thread has sunk so low as to befall personal insults to the people posting is rather amzeing...
It's a game people if you seriously think anything you post will have any bearing on me other to invoke pity at your pethetic attempts at insults and laughter at your stupidity for thinking it will effect me in some manner then your a sad case and you truly have my pity.

I could actualy probably report it and get it closed. That would solve a lot of issues actualy and then if Zed tried reposting it I could report him Circumventing the first one being closed and trying to encite harassment knowing the second post will have the same effect as the first.

Jeth man I hate to break it to you but there are no Pirates in that area. Except the Coalition who are all blue. You Zedrick and about 3 other people are the only reds and wt's + the Other allience we just war-dec because you all are no fun to play with since all you do is dock up and run when people try to fight you.
But yea. We don't run from you (you run from "us" and dock up) no-one likes to camp a puss* in a station. So we get bored and leave. That's it. If you want to fight then fight were still waiting.

Well First off I know who the spies are they'll be delt with.
2nd were not colapseing and apparently these Noob spies know absolutely nothing about pos's as the Guns cant be online if the towers not......
3rd we didnt save for months to get a pos these deuches have been with us for less then a month. If it gets totled well buy another. its a conveiniance. not a necessity and it's loss (if such is attained by this info) definantly wont hinder the corp very much.

I never said this wasn't a problem or an issue. The alliance (whoever corrected me on this spelling earlier this is in fact the correct way to spell it as per spellchecker) has more important things to do then deal with this mundane pettiness. As the CEO of a corp which is now in an alliance I can no longer think about Just my Corp. I have to put the alliance first as a whole.
Despite many of the things that have been said or done in and because of this thread I would like to remind everyone that this is just a game. People will say and do whatever they want make assess of them-selves on both sides and gain friends and enemies on both sides. This is just part of eve.
The insults throughout this thread and the issues that have been caused by it serve no purpose other then to prove one mans point. While yes he has rallied the support of many and Xercsia has lost the respect of many. Does not make either side different.
Both of them are holding onto a grudge against the other. In the grand scheme of things, what someone posts on a forum or does in a game has no bearance on the individuality of a person nor does it tell what they are really like as such.
However the writers and readers of this thread have all forgotten this, and instead of enjoying the game as it was intended to be have instead targeted one noob who whether deserving of it or not pays to play eve just like you and should be able to do such without have to be humiliated publicly on a forum and disgraced as such.
This entire thread is nothing but one large flame against an individual('s) and there corp. And the post made here while in the beginning may have been done for fun and a good read have spun out of control and landed somewhere in a cesspool of insults and immaturity.
As Xerscia's CEO I am responsible for his actions and although I tried to get into this post with the flaming and psycho-babble I find myself rather bored with it. Hence being so I am going to speak with Xerscia and attempt to get him to post a public apology for his action whether deserved or not it has caused an issue which I must now resolve due to alliance needs.
So in this I apologize for his actions but please remember as I said above this is a game and everyone plays a character whether friendly or not. to assume such a character is or compare it as if it were in fact the real person who controls the mouse is a bit delusional of us all.
So let us stop this pettiness. We all have more important things to do then waste time either defending or persecuting another to such an extent as to cause rl issues for something that happened in a fantasy world.

I realize this and understand it. However while they may be enjoying it, we are not. And our alliance has a goal and a purpose which we are working at, and which this situation is preventing us as an alliance from accomplishing.
If this situation was for any other reason I admit I wouldn't have much of an argument to stand on concerning this but zeds terms for ending the wardec are solely based to assauge whatever pride was damaged by Xerscia. His terms which I will list below were and are in fact extremely personal and vendetic and specifically designed to "prove he was right" so to speak and that Xerscia is a moron and was wrong and designed to humiliate him.
The terms are as follows there are 2 parts one term and condition if Xerscia agrees to it. And one Term and condition if he does not.
Xercias Terms:
1. Xerscia will write out a public apology on the forums here specifically in this thread admiting he was wrong and was a moron for performing the actions he took.
2. Xercia will allow himself to be Pod killed by Zedrik in Rens.
Terms if Xercia Refuses this:
1. I as CEO of my corp will be required to do the same disclaiming him as a moron and publicaly apologizing for his actions.
2. I must remove him from my corporation never to let him return.
3. I must let Zedric Pod kill me in rens.
Xerscia is a RL friend of mine. Despite how people feel about him or what he may have done a person should never be forced to choose between a friend and assauging someone elses bruised or injured pride.
I have however agreed to these terms and if need be and if Xerscia refuses I will take the fall for Xerscia. I do not expect and will not allow him to be humiliated because of such pettiness.
So in this I do not find this entertaining or fun at all.

Phoenix, these are not my terms.
They are Zedriks as stated by Zedric in a convo with Listen and Myself. I accepted them in order to get this thing over with and passed so that the alliance can move on to more important matters.
As far as clone jumping goes, I don't carry implants in my head anyway. I die to often. It's not about the cost of the pod so much as it is symbolic.
on my posts on this thread, well they were made at a time when I thought this would all be fun and games, unfortunately this was a serious issue which I thought was simply someone trying to have fun. I did not anticipate it drolling out or causing this many issues and I most certainly didn't anticipate the other parties actually following through with there statements to join him... (I mean really that's so not eve like...)
So yes I am at fault here as much as anyone else. |

Well really the stuff about the coalition wasn't about our current one. we used to live in a space from a coalition down in Genisis. That's where that came from. and when most of the argument (and forum smacktalk) took place. Since we've joined this alliance 40 jumps from where we were I havn't really smacked talked much or said anything untowered aside from local chats.
So if everyone is getting on the band wagon because of stuff that was said about a region 40 jumps from our current space. Well your few days to late. But I apologize for the confusion on that.
Honestly I thought the whole thing would drop once we moved since we didn't post on here or bother Zed till he started bothering us again. Like I said over 90% of everything said by us was done when we were in the Genisis region and didnt have to bother with anyone but ourselves.
Now that we are actually in an alliance its causing issues whereas before we just didn't care about it. So the problmes we are having with all of this isn't that we cant handle it or were bragging about whatever, its that it has now become inconvieniant and anoying and is taking our attention off of much more important and pressing matters.
I mean I suppose we could just ignore you all down there take the losses and just wait till you get bored. But that doesnt solve the issues its causeing for the alliance. So we contacted Zed and opted to end it so we could go back to doing what really maters to us as a corp and as a part of the allience.
I will be talking to xerscia today hopfully we can get this resolved within the next 24 hours.

eh I cant speak to that, the alliance seems to be made up of pretty cool friendly people ( A lot better then any other alliance I've been in actually). But i'm new and have no idea what they are or are not capable of. I just know what our corps job is and what were supposed to do a help with.
On a more final note though I will make sure this is come to a close within 24 hours. If Zed keeps his word it will be over in less then 48 and all hostilities will cease. Whcih honestly I think he will honor his terms.

As I said that was before we joined the alliance. and moved 40 jumps up this way. And its not that they cant handle them its that we dont want to deal with this plus everything else. But I concede that it could be taken as not being able to handle it.

Actualy if you read the first convos between me and Zed I did EXACTLY that and treated him with complete respect I even took his side.
He still wardec'd us. So being mature and pilot didnt help.. k. I switched tactics, tried the imature bolsterous pvper... k that didnt work either. switched tactics again tried the pscho thing... still no result. Switching agin tried the diplomatic rout. hmm still not working.....
If he had wanted the respect and apology he would have taken it the first time. I was on zeds side throught the begining until he actualy wardecked us and even then I was cool with him. Until he broke his word that he would not kill industrails and started killing those.
Then it was on.
So finaly switched to what do you want mode. Worked fine. He didnt care about respect or anything like that he wanted a vedetta against Xerscia for Xerscia actions.
Thats all this entire thing has been about for "Zedrik" Xerscia wronged him and he wanted revenge. Thats all fine and well. But it is what it is.

It just means what it says, even Zedriks Terms for him droping the dec's show this. He doesnt care about getting respect throughout this entire thing. The alliance guys ahve tried, I've tried repeatedly. He doesnt want respect or friendlyness or whatever.
he wants blood, Xerscia got under His skin and ****ed him off, Zedrik got obsessed with "teaching him a lesson" and went for his throat. when he figured out that xerscia is a station trader he decided to turn his attention on industrials. And this is After he said he wouldnt shoot them twice.
So he went back on his own word of honor and respect. All this in order to get us to let him take out his anger and get even with Xerscia. By either removeing him from the corp or makeing him apologize publicly and then letting him pod kill him.
If Xerscia was a puppet master Zedrik would be dancing his tune. And in fact has been this entire time. If you read the posts Xersia himself states that his entire goal was to get under this guys skin and **** him off.
Xerscia did. So Xerscia won. Zedrik realizes this so his terms are focused tword getting even or getting back at Xercia.
like I said its not about respect or apologies, its about revenge because Xerscia got the best of him.
and you know what its all good.

Seems the world is full of backstabbing people. Fortunantly for me my friends are more important then a video game or people on a forum who i'll never meet. and could give a **** less about.
I dont have to do **** I can log off for 3 months and just log on to train my character then start he corp up again in 3 months when no one remembers this.
Bcause this is a game. Not life.
It will take me exactly 2 weeks of recruiting to go from 0 members to 65 strong. and if I continued even more.
But I wont post anymore. because honestly it isnt worth my time. Xerscia will either apologize or he wont.
If he Doesnt I may or may not. Depends on what I feel like after all I have like 3 accounts. Who says I need to be on Celest here? I can just make a corp with an alt. And use him if necisary.
see thats the great thing about eve you corp jump transfer all your junk and poof. New name new CEO character new corp. And no one ever knows. I can always sell celestius also and buy a brand new character with more skill points if I look around.
So many things.....
But yea. Like I said it will be resolved in 24 hours you people do whatever you want cause honestly I dont really give a **** anymore. Its not worth my time.

As far as my rep goes, lets just say noone gives a **** when you can build titans and everything else in the game :).
I like our allience they are good people and im not leaving them. But so you know in less then 5 minuets I could be in a deep 0.0 alliance (And have had several offers even with this BS going on apparenly Titan and dread builders and indi corps are in short supply in 0.0....)
